**Senior Consultant**:
Join the team at **4C Associates**, where we focus on delivering transformative solutions that deliver a sustainable impact for our clients and society. We are looking for a Senior Management Consultant, ideally with knowledge of both procurement and change management processes to enhance our service offering and support our projects. This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving transformative change and helping clients solve problems.

**The Role**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Lead procurement and transformation projects to deliver cost savings and value creation
- Design and implement strategies that align with client objectives and market conditions
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and buy-in across all levels of the client organization
- Conduct market analysis and leverage insights to inform procurement decision-making
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Individuals with significant experience working in a consulting environment
- Procurement expertise would be beneficial
- Life sciences / pharma expertise desired but not essential
- A foundation in change management methodologies
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
- People who are adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders
