**Vehicle Engineering**

**The Transport Supervisor role is based within our Vehicle Engineering business area.**

Vehicle Engineering is a market-leading manufacturer and converter of armoured vehicles and products. Drawing on over 100 years’ experience, we supply and support deployed vehicles worldwide to customers including the police, fire and ambulance services, civil service, and military. Together, we deliver an end-to-end through-life methodology to supply our clients with specialist vehicle conversions.

**The role**

**The difference our new Transport Supervisor will make**
As a Transport Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will lead, inspire, support and manage their people enabling their teams to deliver the required outputs efficiently and safely.

Day to day, you will be planning transport for 3 trucks, and also dealing with external transport companies when extra support is needed.

**Essential experience**:

- Demonstrated understanding of FORS accreditation
- Understanding of drivers’ hours regulations and WTD
- Demonstrated understanding of Operating Licence
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety
- Full UK Driving Licence
- PC literate
- Must be able to pass SC security clearance
