Village Administrator

Lendlease are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and experienced **Village Administrator **to join the team on a Permanent Full-Time Basis, Monday to Friday(8am-4pm) at The Menzies Malvern Retirement Village in Victoria.

You will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Village Manager in implementing operational plans and supervising day-to-day activities in the Village. You will initiate actions that generate measurable benefits to residents, their families, staff, and Lendlease. You will perform a range of administrative and clerical duties independently to support the smooth functioning of the designated area, such as, resident relations, procurement, contractor engagement, accounts, and village services.

As you will be working alongside a team and our many residents, a customer-service focus is essential, along with a genuine interest in assisting the elderly.
- High organisation skills and the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks whilst working independently
- General Computer literacy
- Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety legislation
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
