**Strategy Director - London (Hybrid - 2 days office based) - c.80,000 - Agency**

Our client are currently seeking a highly experienced Strategy Director to lead brand strategy for their key accounts across a portfolio of FMCG businesses, as well as establish strategic thinking at the core of their business.

This cutting-edge strategic brand agency was founded by experienced marketing professionals, and specialises in brand design, strategy, and innovation. Their aim is to help consumer goods brands remain relevant in an ever-evolving market. They work withsome of the most recognisable names in the industry, and champion new and fresh ideas.

Role and Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong client partnerships to understand their brand challenges
- Mentoring team members to grow their capabilities
- Leading strategic new business pitches
- Leading brand workshops
- Developing customer journeys

Skills and Experience
- Degree in Brand Strategy or equivalent expertise in insight and planning
- At least 10+ years of experience in a similar role with a leading brand, design, or creative business
- Excellent written and verbal skills to prepare clear briefs and manage the strategic process across the agency
- Strong commercial acumen
- The ability to influence decisions at the C-level
