**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An Associate opportunity has arisen within the London Office Corporate Finance team, offering exposure to a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory projects.

As a Corporate Finance Associate your work will involve:

- Supporting Directors in the execution of M&A, MBO and Fundraising transactions
- Assisting in valuation of businesses using various valuation methodologies
- Preparing financial models and analysing financial forecasts and projections
- Producing Information Memoranda
- Preparing marketing materials and documentation for management presentations
- Conducting research and analysis to support business development activities

**THE PERSON**

You will be a Finance Professional able to meet the following criteria:

- ACA / ACCA Qualified Accountant
- Preferably some experience within Due Diligence / Transaction Services or Corporate Finance / Lead Advisory
- Financial modelling and analysis skills
- Background within Top 4 / Top 10 or Mid Tier Practice, or alternatively a boutique IB or Advisory firm
