**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor-Building Services**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
- Enforce adherence to company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment
- Implement and optimize inventory control processes to enhance inventory management
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
- Conduct regular inspections to identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective measures
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse team members on operational best practices

**Experience**:

- Proven track record as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in heavy lifting tasks and safe operation of forklifts
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and materials handling techniques
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
