Within the next 8 weeks we will be opening our new Coffee shop in Carlisle. We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure that each customer receives an exceptional experience at our café.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the preparation area and dining area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide friendly and efficient customer service
