Powder Coater

TSR Ipswich Ltd are looking for an individual to work as Powder Coater & Shot Blaster for a client near the Henley area of Suffolk

The following duties will include:

- Preparing surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Operate curing ovens to cure powder-coated surfaces
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

The following individual will have to possess the following skills:

- Experience with power tools and hand tools
- Previous welding experience is preferred (not an essential)
- Knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
