Supervisor (Sleaford)

Hours Monday-Friday, 5.30am-3.30pm plus flexibility / overtime required in peak periods

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, your mission is to effectively support with the warehouse by managing the staff and depot. It is imperative that you have excellent customer service and communication skills for this role as well as being prepared to be ‘hands on’.

This role suits someone with experience that wants to develop their career in a warehouse environment.

**Job Summary (Description of main purpose of job)**:
To ensure the smooth running of the Depot. Oversee all activities on site, key contact and manage customers. Ensure everyone is working to correct standards and in a safe manner. Responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in running the Depot.

**Key Tasks**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the depot and warehouse
- Ensure all employees are trained to operate machinery
- Manage all employees to ensure all daily tasks are achieved in a timely manner
- Manage stock levels
- Ensure high levels of service are maintained
- Maximise growth and profitability for the depot
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Recruit and mentor employees
- Manage staffing levels
