YOUR ROLE

Our Operation in Ashby de la Zouch which provides customers with outstanding Visibility and Control across the entire Supply Chain, is looking for an accurate and system-savvy Super User to join the team.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Control Tower Operations Manager, the Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Lead Logistics operation with the management of data quality and systems-related activities to ensure integrity and accuracy are maintained. As the Systems Analyst, you will utilise your knowledge and passion for systems and data to support the Lead Logistics operation with daily systems management and reporting utilising purpose-built dashboards.

You will set up and maintain master data in CLL operational systems, such as user data, locations, reroutes/paths and other logistics master data and support master data gathering for new customer implementations and/or scope extensions. You will identify, log, and escalate IT problems in the CEVA Help Desk system for tracking and analytical purposes.

You will provide first-line data analysis to identify key trends and anomalies and make recommendations for business improvement.

You will also act as the first point of contact for any system diagnostics or issue resolution and will be responsible for training new and existing CEVA employees on internal systems.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Systems Analyst who can quickly pick up new systems and become the user expert to support the wider team. You will have advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, be an exceptionally strong communicator who can adapt their communication style to suit the audience and has experience delivering demos and presentations, and ideally come from a similar logistics environment. Full training will be provided as the systems you will be using are bespoke to CEVA and its customers.

It would be advantageous to have someone with experience using Matrix, Tableau, Qlikview or Qliksense.

This is a Monday to Friday role
- 08:00 to 17:00 and it is a hybrid work system - 2 days at home and 3 times in the office.
