Elgar is an independent family businessand an award-winning international scholarly publisher located in Cheltenham.
We are looking for a warm, friendly and highly professional receptionist/ administrator to replace our current receptionist who is retiring after 16 years.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the ideal applicant will possess:
A warm and friendly welcome
Highly professional business communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your workload
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Excellent attention to detail
Previous administration experience
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Knowledge of using a Mac (although training can be provided on this)
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, 9-5, based at our office in Cheltenham, UK.
