Join us at Flagship Group as an **IT Scrum Master** and be part of our dynamic IT Team. This role is based in our office on King Street, in the heart of Norwich, and offers agile working.

**As an IT Scrum Master, you will**:

- Support all IT teams in adhering to scrum principles and methodologies.
- Promote the adoption of an agile culture across Flagship.
- Use your extensive scrum master experience to coach, mentor, and empower IT teams to self-organise and continuously improve their processes and practices.
- Facilitate collaborative meetings, workshops, and events, fostering open communication and ensuring consensus among team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and address conflicts and impediments within teams, working collaboratively to resolve all issues proactively where possible.
- Define and track key agile metrics to measure progress, identify areas for improvement and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Lead by example to demonstrate the need for effective collaboration and excellent stakeholder management at all levels.
- Advocate for agile principles and practices, and gain buy-in and support for agile initiatives and changes.
- Work closely with IT analysts, project managers, QA and IT Heads of Service, playing a key role in the successful delivery of IT initiatives and changes.
- A deep knowledge of scrum principles, practices, and events, able to guide teams in scrum methodologies.
- Expert understanding of Microsoft DevOps with knowledge of cloud technologies,.NET framework, CI/CD, and best practice QA.
- Strong verbal and written skills with excellent stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a solid technical understanding derived from practical experience as a scrum master in multiple organisations.
- Agile scrum master qualifications.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
