Legionella Risk Assessor - Water Treatment

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Risk Assessing department.

**Your responsibilities will include;**
- Co-ordinate work, generate reports, ensuring the continuity of quality throughout the document process, including schematic drawings, uploading assets to portal system.
- Travel to client sites and complete Legionella Risk Assessments / Reviews.
- Ensure all reports are produced accurately and within set deadlines.
- Update documents to ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Advise customers of any non-compliant aspects of their sites and produce proposals to remedy such non-compliances.
- Deliver training to staff and clients
- Be able to demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material (HSG274 ACoP L8, Water Regulations).
- Implement and manage systems.
- Take final documents back to clients and explain any actions which need to be addressed following the survey, ensuring compliance with the current legislation.
- Upsell from the RA document.
- A minimum of 2 years carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments (C&G qualified)
- A thorough understanding of water systems and ACoP L8 / HSG274
- Experience of mentoring staff
- Good attention to detail / audit skills
- A full understanding of water systems relevant to this role
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent knowledge of Word / Excel / Schematic drawing IT software

**Package / Hours**:
Salary £25-£30k (depending on experience)

28 days leave incl. bank holidays

40 hours per week - any 5 from 7 days. Working away will be part of this role.

Full driving licence is essential for this role. Enhanced DBS will be carried out at our expense. Full uniform, PPE and equipment will be provided free of charge.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
