After recent expansion outside of Liverpool, Alpha Taxis are looking for pro-active, efficient and reliable individuals to join one of our fast-paced call centre environments in Liverpool, Wirral or Widnes.

Currently, we have part time and full-time positions available. We operate a 24/7 call centre therefore each advisor must be willing to work varied shifts including morning, afternoon, evening and night shifts throughout Monday - Sunday. If you are currently in education, Alpha’s 24-hour operation allows us to be able to work your shifts around your timetable.

**Position Overview**:

- Handle all inbound calls regarding but not limited to bookings, lost property, accounts and driver queries.
- Process a large number of bookings in each shift.
- Fully investigate and resolve all queries.
- Build relationships with a friendly and positive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
- Be self-motivated, adapting positively to change.
- Hold excellent IT skills; ability to update and utilise the in-house computer systems.
- Readily accept responsibility.
- Have an upbeat and positive attitude.
- Provide a high level of customer service to drivers and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Have an outstanding telephone manner and rapport building skills.
- A very resilient character, who is calm under pressure.
- Passionate to learn and develop your career within a company that values and invests in their employees.
- Availability to work morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts. This includes weekends and bank holidays.

**Salary**: £7.20-£11.75 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
