We are currently seeking a dedicated Regional Workplace Assistant to take a central role in delivering client-focused service excellence within their building.

As a Workplace Assistant, you will collaborate closely with Service Managers, playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing various services essential for the workplace environment.

Your primary responsibility will involve identifying opportunities for improvement and promptly addressing any issues related to key services, including catering and vending, reception and client services, maintenance, cleaning, records management, print device availability, and stationery.

Furthermore, effective records management is essential for efficient operations, and you will assist in organising and ensuring the accessibility of documentation when needed. Monitoring and maintaining print device availability is another crucial facet of your role, contributing to seamless operations.

Managing stationery supplies will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring essential office materials are consistently available to support daily operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gatekeeper and ambassador for supporting us to achieve a Workplace of the Future ambition.
- Ownership and responsibility for a total Workplace delivery within the building using the ISS FM helpdesk and the wider Workplace network.
- To provide support for EY Workplace teams within the buildings.
- To always ensure adequate cover in conjunction with any service providers.
- To support in ensuring the office working environment and workplace services supporting the business achieve financial and qualitative standards, meet customer expectations, and are continually improved.
- To operate as the local “eyes and ears” of the workplace team bringing any areas of improvement or issues to the local Workplace Coordinators attention.
- To encourage a self-help ethos within the business and ensure that all Workplace related incidents are logged via the ISS FM Helpdesk
- As a Workplace Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the safety and security of all building and EY office users

- Enthusiastic, committed and determined

- Willingness to roll up sleeves and make it happen
- Ability to lead by example
- Striving to improve the service offered with proactive approach to service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge and understanding of the health and safety relevant to the office inc. Fire, First Aid DSE, and Accident reporting.
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Awareness of the impact upon the firm of legislative, technological or other changes, with the ability to respond effectively
- IOSH managing Safely qualified - desirable
- A general awareness of workplace services and operations
