This is an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join our Accident Repair centre.A strong background of using **AUTOFLOW BODYSHOP SOFTWARE**. The role is being responsible for dealing with customers and insurance companies from the initial contact, to the final repair, handover and aftercare as needed. Customer care is of utmost importance and is a priority at all times. Bodyshop Advisor Responsibilities - Dealing with customers and staff in a friendly and informative manner. - Answering front of house calls and any walk-in queries. - dealing with enquiries - Collecting no distributing required parts to the workshop staff - Checking goods-in parts in and correctly labelling them - Going through invoices to ensure all parts accounted for and payment received. The potential Bodyshop Receptionist / Advisor must have excellent customer-facing and administrative skills and be able to manage their own workload effectively; as well as experience within automotive parts, service or front of house background. A full UK driving licence is essential.
A strong Background in Automotive is a must
Working time: Monday - Friday from 8.30AM to 4.30
