Visa & Travel Coordinator - Ramsgate area
- If you are looking for a unique and interesting role, then this is it. Our client is looking for someone to coordinate the logistics of international travel and visa arrangements for offshore oil & gas and renewable industries engineers.
- You will arrange travel, medical appointments, visas and training for employees of varying nationalities who will be working on sites throughout the world - predominantly in South Asia, West Africa and Europe.- The nature of this work requires someone who is dynamic and flexible in their thinking, has the ability to juggle several tasks at once, can think laterally and foresee how one event can impact upon another, be adaptable and willing to go that extra mile in order to get the job done.
- You must also be IT literate (our client uses Apple hardware with Microsoft Office for Mac software), have knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF editors, web browsers etc and willing to learn new processes.
- A knowledge of French and/or Spanish would be helpful, but isn't essential.
- 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch, with one day fixed per week working from home.
