As Training coordinator, you will be responsible for providing learning and development support, solutions and coordination services to new and existing staff.

You will be an excellent administrator and clear communicator who is able to manage a number of projects consecutively.

This role is a full-time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday only.

**Role Responsibilities include**:

- Facilitate the induction of all new starters
- Arrange and coordinate internal & external training as required
- Facilitate compliance of critical safety training across the organisation
- Compile reports on compliance for critical safety training and escalate any problems as required
- Managing the administration of the apprentice levy for the hospital
- Maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Work with the Clinical skills Facilitator to identify training and development requirements for the organisation linked to career pathways
- Maintain training database and personnel files

**Person Specification**:
Previous experience in the following is essential:

- Training/learning coordination
- Training delivery and leading training projects
- Keen eye for detail
- Working within a regulated industry
- Strong Excel reporting and manipulation skills

Previous experience/qualifications in the following would be advantageous:

- Previous knowledge of HR Administration in a healthcare environment
- Reasonable knowledge of up to date UK Employment law
- CIPD Level 3 or Equivalent training qualification
