I’m a 42-year-old male and sustained a Brain Injury because of a road traffic collision over 20 years ago, due to this I have ongoing mobility issues and have recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I live by myself in my own property in the Cardiff area.

I can experience high levels of anxiety and periods of low mood, which can lead to irritability, anger, and frustration at not being able to carry out my normal tasks and activities. Due to this I want my Support Worker to assist me with household tasks and help to encourage me to engage in activities outside of my home, I would also like you to help me with the administration and attendance regarding my health appointments.

**Essential information**

**To join me as a Support Worker you will need to: -**
- Be able to drive.
- Have use of a car.
- Have experience of supporting a person with an acquired brain injury.
- Enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
