Customer Service Administrator

The role of Customer Service Administrator is a permanent position which is office based (outskirts of Andover so own transport essential) Hours Monday-Friday 0830- 1700 full time with a salary of between £21,000 and £24,000 per year plus quarterly and annual bonuses.
The position of Sales & Customer Service Administrator would suit a professional individual with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable speaking to regular customers over the phone, providing them with product updates whilst ensuring all order processing is completed accurately.
Daily tasks
- Calling your regular customer base with updates on deliveries and offers
- Upselling to existing customers informing them of new products
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Web based order processing
- Processing daily sales invoices/credit notes/returns
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
Experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to upsell products
- Administration skills
- Strong grasp of IT - Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of CRM advantageous
