An exciting opportunity has come up for a deputy manager to join a luxury jewellery brand in their Guernsey location. The brand are known for beautiful diamonds and exceptional customer service. This role will support the day to day running of the storeand develop customer loyalty.

The role:

- Being a brand ambassador, developing loyal long lasting relationships
- Inspire the team
- Train and develop the team on product knowledge
- Ensure there are high visual standards and cleanliness in the store
- Previous experience in a boutique / luxury or cosmetics environment
- Strong communication skills
- Able to develop relationships
- Passionate about jewellery
