Outpatients Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Outpatients Receptionist in outpatients to be based within the Outpatient Directorate at our County site

Checking in patients and ensuring demographics are correct

Directing patient to the correct area in order to see the Consultant/ Nurse

Prepping the paperwork in order for the Consultants to advise on the best care for the patients

Completing the outcomes following clinics to ensure the patient is either discharged from clinic or adding to the correct follow waiting list so any further follow ups can be arranged in time order following Consultants advise
