Join our team as a Residential Support Worker in our cosy EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children's home, where you'll be working closely with two fantastic young individuals. We're on the lookout for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and dedicated to providing nurturing care and support.

From assisting with daily routines to engaging in fun activities and providing emotional support, your presence will make a world of difference in their lives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Application question(s):

- The shift pattern we use is 1 day on, 2 days off. 07:30 - 22:30 - every second shift to be followed by a sleep in. Are you able to fulfil this pattern?
