**Sales Specialist**

Commercial Filters is a leader in the filter industry. We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team and help us grow.

We offer flexible hours between 830-5pm Monday to Friday which can be discussed at interview stage. Closed every bank holiday and in between Christmas and new year.

Please note you will need transport to get to and from work as the unit is not near any public transport.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business by networking with existing customers, building relationships with our customers, and providing technical assistance. The Sales Specialist will also provide technical support to our customers as needed. They will support the Scotland manager by manning the store, taking calls and processing orders and deliveries.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Have a background and understanding of filters and cross referencing and automotive parts
- Have skills to process orders and deliveries via MAM software or similar computing skills
- Identify potential customer’s needs through prospecting or other methods of prospecting leads.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with existing customers.
- Provide technical support to customers as needed.
- Maintain records of customer accounts and accounts sold, as well as maintain records of sales activity.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Problem solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest improvements without being asked by management.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: £9,817.00-£18,408.00 per year
