**Job title**: Integrated Training Centre Registrar

**Location**: RAF Marham - Onsite - (Please note: this is a Part-time position for 18.5hrs per week)

**Salary**: £16,170

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting ITC Management in coordinating with each Branch of Service on filling Student quotas for each course taught in the ITC
- Monitoring and maintaining a wide variety of data and information on all Students processed for formal training
- Serving as the Student’s main source of information on the training requirements and Training Centre processing procedures
- Ensuring all graduated Students TMS Electronic Training Jackets are completed and transferred to next unit at the end of each course
- Providing reports to the Maintenance Training Lead on student progression and completion tracking

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and a high level of knowledge or Excel
- Qualified in Maths and English and IT

Desirable:

- Experience within a military training school or extensive experience of the end-to-end military training life cycle
- Experience in operating successfully in a military training domain, liaising with both maintenance and operator personnel

**The Lighting II Team**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the UK’s F35 training facility based at RAF Marham. You will be responsible for managing the overall planning and scheduling of F35 training for both Ground and Pilot Trainees. The Lightning II program is a leading-edge capability, supporting our military customers meeting their future training needs.
