We are seeking a skilled Fitter with a positive attitude to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our new northern manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for the fitting/installation of bespoke Architectural window solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in the use of hand tools and power tools. You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work in a safe manner.

- Use hand tools and power tools
- Attending sites around the country with the installation team (Some over night stays)
- Communicate any issues to superiors and work together to overcome them when necessary
- Read and interpret, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces to ensure accurate assembly
- Assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications when in the workshop and assist where needed
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure the finished products meet the required standards and achieve sign off with the client
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

'''Qualifications'''
- Proven experience as a Fitter within the Architectural Glazing industry or similar
- Experience with architectural window systems such as Secco, Jansen, Forster or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- CSCS Card
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and marking dimensions accurately
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary**: £14.00-£17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
