Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Liaise with the front desk to coordinate room turnovers and special guest requests
- Assist with cooking duties as neededExperience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, ideally within a hotel environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
- Cooking experience is advantageous for this role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve cleanliness goals
- Excellent organisational skills to manage housekeeping operations efficiently
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping practices
Pay: £14,947.75-£27,142.00 per year
