Job Title Recoveries handler
Department: PCH Recoveries
Responsible to: Nicola Walker
Main responsibility of the role:
Recoveries:
- Sending new payment packs
- Negotiating hire charges and repair costs with Third Party Insurers /solicitors.
- Taking TPI calls in relation to ongoing hire and payment packs
- Completing pre-audits and post-audit on new hires.
- Settling recovery/storage, credit repairs and uninsured losses
- Reviewing liability
- Chasing VAT payments from clients
- Dealing with fines and damage to the hire vehicles.
- Working towards team monthly targets
Key Accountabilities:
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Good organisational
- Exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written skills
Skills required:
- Credit Hire Knowledge
- GTA ABI knowledge
- Proclaim experience
- MS Office experience
Regulatory Knowledge: FCA, Complaints procedure
Personal Attributes: Communication skills, Time keeping, honest, reliable, flexible, work ethic, determined.
Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday
Health and Safety:
- Ensure work area is tidy and report and incidents and potential risks
Information Security:
- Awareness of regulations in relation to the handling of all data, personal or business related, in compliance with legislation and guidelines set out, but not limited to GDPR, FCA, SRA and ISO 27001
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
