Digital Marketing Assistant

Charles Simon Associates are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant on a permanent basis for our prestigious client based in Cheshire.

**Location**: Hybrid

**Salary**: £30,000 per annum

**Skills/responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Assistant**
- Monitor and provide feedback via all social channels to provide immediate support and resolution where needed.
- Act as the first point of contact for all public enquires across our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn), providing immediate support and resolution where needed,
- Help us grow our clients audience and build long-lasting relationships by responding to comments and conversations, when appropriate, in order to foster positive engagement and add value to our customers’ experience.
- Create content and/or editing as needed and schedule social media content using Sprout Social or the platform’s own scheduling.
- Report on agreed performance metrics across our social media channels.
- Keep abreast of content from our clients partner organisations, sharing and engaging with the content as appropriate.
- Help maintain the internal social media calendar, including researching relevant awareness days/ topical events and help plan content accordingly.
- Adobe Creative Suite - primarily photoshop or premiere pro, or Canva.
- Google Sheets or Excel.
- Social media-focused technologies and apps, with an eye on what is emerging as well as
- attention to what currently exists.
- Understanding/experience of paid social (particularly Facebook/Instagram).
- A genuine curiosity and interest in current affairs.
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record.
