Activities Co-ordinator

to create a stimulating and developing activity programme to enhance the quality life for each resident within the care home
- to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities for active daily living for each resident individually and in groups
- plan and organise an activities programme that will maintain interest and progression over a period _of _time
- identify the needs of the collective group and individuals and tailor the activities to suit them
- assist and support carers in developing activity
- encourage involvement in the local community
- to plan and organise external outings with appropriate transport

Hours are 4 x 8am - 6pm with alternate weekend working
