Senior Claims Handler (End to End) opportunity with a leading Claims Handling Specialist (Repairs)

This is a remote role with visits to the Taunton office.

Working pattern Mon
- Fri
- shift within 8am-8pm (normally 9-5) some Saturdays on a rota basis.

You will be managing a day to day workload of complex claims from start to finish. You will be expected to work with a high level of autonomy to plan the claim journey and next steps agreeing these with the customer and keeping in contact with surveyors,contractors and customer throughout.

You will be settling claims that have not been settled on site by the surveyor using your knowledge of scoping and effective negotiation skills with the customer.

Experience required.

Previous customer service experience including preventing and resolving complaints

Previous Household Insurance Industry experience

Cert II desirable but not essential
