**Fire Risk Assessor - Hackney Council**

**3 Month Ongoing Contract**

**Essentials**:

- Nebosh Fire Safety Certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience of working as a Fire Risk Assessor within social housing or the public sector
- Excellent knowledge of fire safety practice, demonstrable through relevant qualification and work experience.

**Job Role**:

- To undertake FRA's to housing stock with a shared communal area
- To carry out a type 1, 3 and 4 fire risk assessment programme in domestic housing and in properties where housing has responsibility such as community halls.
- Liaise with the Fire Risk Assessment Manager and Building Safety Manager to deliver risk assessments in line with the Council’s Fire Safety Management System.
