Saint Andrews Bureau is a Residential Lettings Company with offices located in London, Cambridgeshire (Cambridge City & Longstanton) and Hertfordshire (Royston & Hertford). We have an established and well respected reputation in the property market. Our team provide an honest, professional and friendly service to all of our clients and we therefore seek new members who are able to offer the very best in customer service and professionalism. This part time position is based from our busy Cambridge city office and will suit an enthusiastic hard working individual who enjoys a fast paced working environment.

Job Description - To liaise closely with the office team regarding property information and diary details. To keep to a schedule and attend properties to meet clients and show them around whilst providing information.

Essential Skills & Attributes: To be self motivated. To work well in a team as well as solo. To be well organised and have the ability to prioritise and adhere to deadlines. To have a consistently positive attitude including whilst working under pressure. To have excellent customer service skills and experience. To have excellent spoken and written communication skills.

A driving license is essential with no more than 3 points.

To have the ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures.

Desirable Skills & Attributes: Some knowledge of the lettings industry and of the Cambridge area is desirable but not essential.

Experience within the property industry is not essential as full training will be provided. SAB support staff training and qualifications.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5 pm. The hourly rate starts at £11.30. Saturday shifts are also available - 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at an hourly rate of £20. At least one Saturday per month contracted to be done and any more is optional.

A bonus scheme is in place whereby all staff within the residential lettings team equally share this and is based on how many properties are let in a month.

SAB support career progression and external training and industry qualifications.
