Qualified Groundworker

Baldwin Building Services is a growing construction company with a focus on full house renovations, extensions and new builds. We are recruiting for multiple qualified and experienced trade people to join our growing team. We employ across all trades, including, but not limited; to plasterers, joiners, plumbers, electricians and brick layers.

We are currently looking for an experienced and qualified groundworker to join our team.

Desirable but not essential:

- Driving licence
- CSCS card
- Experience operating machinery eg excavators and dumper trucks
- Experience with trailers

Must be confident working both alone and as part of a team. Experience working on building sites or with apprentices is desirable.

This is a fully employed position and as such comes with holiday pay and pension contributions.

Further training will likely be available as we expand.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Lancaster, LA1 3NX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- trade: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
