Job Summary
Start your day knowing you will make a difference. We are searching for 3 Female Support Workers to join our established team in Garboldisham.
Dimensions provide personalised social care services to one woman in her mid-30's. Becoming a Support Worker at Dimensions, you can expect day trips out This lady loves going swimming, bowling, shopping, going for long walks, gardening and to explore Diss and Bury St Edmunds but we would like our Support workers to bring creativity and innovative ideas into our teams.
We take every opportunity to support people to live the lives they want so there can be elements of driving, either mobility vehicle or your own car, to support people to their chosen activities. Drivers are essential for this role.
We also want people who are happy to support with personal care, manual handling, meal preparation, medical appointments, arrange prescriptions, administering medication and assistance to ensure a balanced nutritious diet. We are also seeking support staff who can support with transmission of messages or signals through a nonverbal platform such as eye contact, facial expressions, gestures, posture, use of objects and body language.

**Shift Patterns**:
This position will include working some weekends and bank holidays. Shift times are 8am-8pm or 8am-10pm. This will be discussed with you during the interview process.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 29th June 2023 - 10am-4pm
