We are looking for experienced legionella risk assessors to join us in supporting the high standard completing LRA's using our bespoke App software covering London, midlands, Southeast and Southwest.

**Main Duties**

The duties will include but are not be limited to, working within the guidance provided by ACOP L8 and associated company documents.

**You will**:

- Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on various sites and locations using an App based software.
- Checking of risk assessments built and adding any missing information.
- Completion of Legionella Risk Assessment Reviews.
- Act as liaison between client and our head office.
- Carry out other Water Hygiene related tasks as required.
- Ensure that on-site records are maintained in line with the scope of works.

**To succeed in this role, you will be**:
A highly motivated individual, willing to work hard to both understand and deliver the key principles of the statutory requirements within ACOP L8 and HSG 274.

**You will have previous experience in**:

- Previous experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor or in a similar role - additional training will be provided
- Knowledge of water hygiene regulations and standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Have experience in performing CWST inspections.
- Temperature monitoring
- Calorifier inspection and flushing

Experienced in booster pump servicing would be an advantage, but not necessary for this position.

We work to identify and develop talent and after your first year, you will have a Personal Training Plan drawn up and tailored to match your skills and career goals.

£27,500 to £30,000 per year dependant on experience.
