With customers in many European countries and the rest of the world, we have enlisted only the best agents to transport our machines overseas swiftly, economically and securely.

**About the role**

Based at our Sedgefield Depot - Our most northern site, TC Harrison JCB Sedgefield can easily cater for all your parts, service and sales requirements within the North-East. Situated near Newcastle, and with excellent access from the A1 (jcn 60).

We are currently looking for somebody to join us as a Parts Advisor/ Sales and Delivery Van Driver. In this hybrid role, you will work alongside our parts team based at our Sedgefield Depot to advise customers on the best products to keep their machines running smoothly. However, the position also offers the autonomy of a field-based sales and delivery position.

**Main aspects of the role**:
Parts Advisor: You’ll be a product expert, providing technical advice and recommending the right parts to customers in person and over the phone.

Sales and Delivery Van Driver: Get behind the wheel and deliver parts directly to customer sites. You’ll also have the opportunity to upsell parts and solutions at the point of delivery.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday mornings (1 in 3).

Good customer service, sales, computer skills and a Full Clean Driving Licence are essential.
