Working throughout the UK rail network, CPMS provides a diverse range of infrastructure support services including - railway station platform construction, maintenance and refurbishment works. We also undertake bridgeworks, station roofs and canopies, Civils, M&E and HVAC services. Building maintenance and refurbishment is carried out in stations, depots, signal boxes, lineside buildings, arches, carparks and roadways. **About the Role**

**Role Responsibilities**
- General joinery works including reactive repairs, planned maintenance and minor enhancements
- Scoping works and providing plant, labour and material resource requirements
- Driving company vehicles and transporting plant and materials to work locations as required
- General housekeeping
- Assisting as required
- On-call rota commitment

**What we are looking for**
- Recognised apprenticeship
- Previous experience within the building industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Confident communication skills
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Experience of working within the rail industry would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
- Full driving licence
