**Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser**

**Location**:From home (optional use of the John Charcol offices)

**We are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers to join the John Charcol Network throughout the U.K.**

Our Self-Employed Mortgage Advisers receive full lead support, competitive commission splits and no network, FCA or PIfees.

As a Self-Employed Adviser you will have access to support from our dedicated experts to help you grow your business and reach your potential. This includes optional sales coaching, business development and marketing support.

When you join the John Charcol Network, you will be part of the driving force that provides our clients with market leading advice and customer service, the cornerstone of the John Charcol heritage.

**Experience/ Skills required**:

- CeMAP Qualified
- CAS preferred but not essential
- Whole of market experience preferred but not essential
- A successful sales track record/history
- An understanding of the mortgage market
- The ability to generate your own business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£120,000.00 per year
