Here at Mobilize we are recruiting for Interns to join us in June 2024. We have a number of options with regards to areas of the business you are able to join. You will be part of one team for the full year. This will allow you to be given responsibilities and project work that you can oversee from start to completion. Below is information about the teams that you are able to do your Intern placement within.

**Marketing**

The Marketing department is made up of 5 teams including Brand, Digital, Pricing, CRM, Customer Experience and Communications. Communicating the value of our product, service and brand to customers and consumers are just some of the duties of the marketing team as well as overall responsibility for growing revenue, increasing market share and contributing to company growth and profitability. Promoting the business and driving sales of our products and services as well as providing the necessary research to identify the company’s target customers and other audiences.

**Customer Services - Operations Project Support & Management Analysis**

Primarily focussing on establishing clear forecasting and scheduling with the foresight of many considerations. Supporting projects, evaluating, identifying gaps trends and improvements, Supporting the management team whilst improving the operational service and level performance.

**People Team**

**Sales**

The role will actively contribute to the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives and management of relationships with Manufacturer partners, the Dealer network, the Mobilize Field Team & third party suppliers, notably with regard to Used Vehicles, through the provision of analysis and reporting, the preparation of presentations for senior management and participation in projects.

**Information Systems UK - Organisations & Projects**

Supporting the OP Team in the work of organizing, building and managing IS solutions and projects. Plays a supportive role in communication to the whole business on the implication of new initiatives. Validation of developments in user acceptance testing. Overseeing of business acceptance testing. Working closely with the whole business. Priority of work is key in this fast-paced environment. Ability to grow network local business, head office, external / internal IS suppliers This role will be successfully carried out by building strong relationships with the appropriate business partners, by performing business systems analysis within the agreed service levels.

**Finance**

Management Accounting

Management accounting is concerned with creating the P&L and performance indicators of the company every month. The department is responsible for the commercial month end, general expenses consolidations, calculating the funding needs, calculating all the risk provisions of the company, and managing all the business units of the company. Management accounting is also the department in charge of creating and managing the forecast plans for MFS along with validating any pricing, new business, or products.

**Financial Controlling**

Financial Accounting & Reporting is concerned with making sure the controls and checks are in place so that all transactions are recorded, and all payments are made accurately. Financial Accounting & Reporting also ensures our compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Financial Accounting is very diverse including everything from Wages and Expenses to making sure the business has access to borrow millions of pounds to support our customers taking car finance.

**Savings**

Leading the UK's retail savings account tables, our sister company RCI Bank offers an exciting general management opportunity. As a smaller team in a fast-moving market, you'll support entrepreneurial colleagues across operations, customer service, marketing and data analysis functions, as well as get involved in the general management of RCI Bank, and managing your own projects. This role would suit a good all-rounder with a good eye for detail, ability to multi-task and deliver to tight deadlines, a love of numbers and a passion for doing things differently.

**Risk Office / Internal Control**

Our Risk department is fundamental to Mobilize Financial Services and RCI Bank. In 2019 RCI Bank obtained our UK Banking licence which makes the department a very interesting team to be a part of. RCI Bank UK Ltd, adopt a three lines of defence model towards the management of operational risk. Operational risk is the prospect of loss resulting from inadequate or failed internal procedures or policies, employee error, system failures; criminal activity or any external event which disrupts our usual business processes. This role will contribute to the second line of defence activities. Providing first line of defence controls by completing activities to gain assurance that pre identified risks are under control and within the company’s risk appetite.
