Graphic Designer

Support the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Team with creating designs across a range of channels.
- Follow existing brand guidelines. Take ownership ensuring all content is consistent and within brand guidelines
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
- Seeing projects through from initial brief to finished artwork, always meeting agreed deadlines
- Prioritise, organise, and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Work with a wide range of media and use of graphic design software
- proofreading to ensure accuracy and excellence in all artworks.
- Preparing and sending artwork for print
- Pitch in whenever needed
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design — agency side, in-house or freelance considered
- Strong ability to work at pace whilst still achieving a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Strong understanding of print processes
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite. PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD and other graphic design software
- Video editing experience - use of After Effects and/or Premier Pro
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Excellent eye for detail
- Proactive, well organised, and self-motivated
- Ability to work and collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals.

Desirable
- Photography experience

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
