**Full Job Description**

Marshalls Property Management Ltd is an Independent Residential Property Management and Lettings company based in Penzance, West Cornwall. We specialise in the day-to-day management of properties in the Private Residential Lettings Sector with end-to-end support.

The primary role will be as a Lettings Co-Ordinator, however there would be opportunities to learn about the other areas of the business. We are a small independent business, having a strong ability to work in a team will be essential and to be adaptable in line with the ever-changing industry regulations.

Previous experience would be preferred but not essential, however previous office experience is a must. The role would be perfect for someone looking to improve or gain further experience within the Residential Lettings Sector.

The Responsibilities would be:

- Welcoming everyone that visits the office, dealing with their enquiry in an efficient and professional manner
- Registering applicants and booking viewings
- Registering landlords and arranging market appraisals
- Keeping track of keys passing in and out of the office
- Updating and refreshing the window displays on a regular basis
- Oversee creating tenant packs and move-ins
- Ensuring office files are correct up to date
- General administrative duties to support the office
- Maintain a strong knowledge of legal legislation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £23,500.00 per year
