Photographers Assistant

Newton Fallowell is an award-winning Sales & Lettings Franchise Estate Agent based across the Midlands and is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for photography and marketing.

We are seeking a Property Photographer to produce photos and videos for both our residential sales and rental properties across our branches in Stamford, Oakham, Bourne, Melton Mowbray & Peterborough. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. In the age of social media and mobile devices, having the best pictures and videos can make all the difference.

The marketing side of the business will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing.

**Photographer Responsibilities**
- Photograph homes/apartments listed for sale and rental to meet the online marketing and print needs of our agency and five offices.
- Meet tenants/clients and our team on site and perform photo session
- Label and upload images to our system, the same day of the shoot.
- Take photo shoots of interior space of residences - common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and show the flow of the space
- Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning of the space taken
- Editing and manipulating photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks
- Video tours of properties and uploaded to social media platforms.
- Edit videos for web content with navigation structures and text/graphic overlays
- Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual results

**Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities**
- Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
- Develop new community events and all signage to encourage and entice potential buyers
- Manage website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
- Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers
- Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth
- Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media
