**Warehousing & Logistics Assistant**

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per annum

As a Warehousing & Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Internal customer daily/weekly/monthly site deliveries
- External customer daily/weekly/monthly site deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse area.
- Maintain stock levels and availability, rotating stock to ensure compliance with company health & safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Stock control and reporting including assisting with regular stock/asset audits.
- Controlled stock replenishment via authorised suppliers in-line with company purchasing processes.
- Receiving deliveries, ensuring correct handling, control, and administration.
- Promote a safe stock area working environment.
- Asset Control - Maintain an up-to-date machine and ancillary product asset register.
- Order fulfilment and management for all orders across all the e-commerce platforms.
- Distribution logistics management including delivery and install when required.
- Manage vehicle logistics including maintenance. In Accordance with VOSA, ensuring all vehicles are serviced and MOT’d.
- Be a point of call for any vehicle issues from barista line management.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required**
- At least 5 years driving experience.
- Clean driving licence.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Literate & numerate
- Strong IT skills - competent in Windows and Microsoft package, particularly Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers & team members at different levels.
- Ability to work with a team, and on own initiative.
- Flexible approach to the role with a practical and calm approach to work, with the ability to prioritise day-to-day tasks.
- An understanding of health and safety in the workplace
- This can be a demanding stand-alone role, and therefore requires an energetic individual that can multi-task.
- Good planning and organisational skills (to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload).
- Highly focused on attention to detail and quality orientation
- The ability to handle complaints and queries professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental and business goal and contribute to a positive work environment.
- An understanding of, and a willingness to work within a culture of equalities and diversity.
