Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exams Officer. As an Exams Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering all aspects of examinations within our organization. This is a crucial role that ensures the smooth running of exams and the accurate recording of results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the scheduling and administration of all exams, including arranging exam venues, invigilators, and necessary equipment
- Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and guidelines
- Oversee the registration process for students taking exams, including handling exam entries and fees
- Prepare exam materials, including question papers, answer booklets, and other necessary documents
- Distribute exam papers to invigilators and ensure strict adherence to security protocols
- Monitor the conduct of exams to ensure fairness and integrity
- Collect completed exam papers, organize them for marking, and securely store them
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to address any issues or concerns related to exams
- Maintain accurate records of exam results and provide timely reports to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in the coordination of special arrangements for students with disabilities or additional needs

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an educational or administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with examination board regulations and procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and database management
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
