Hybrid - 2 days at home and 3 days in the office (all office equipment supplied)

We are excited to be recruiting for an award-winning company based in the heart of Bath who are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will receive full training and support from a team that want you to succeed in an environment that aims to always create outstanding client experiences. **Daily duties to include**:

- Process high volumes of written instructions and data
- Deal with any queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms, and occasionally, their clients
- Be responsible for accurately processing new investments and helping out with other various administrative tasks

**Required skills and experience**:

- Experience of working in the financial services sector (insurance, banking, finance)
- Previous experience of customer service
- Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to communicate complex matters in a concise and clear way
- Strong IT skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
