Lettings Agent

A prominent property services company based in south Manchester is looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator for their office in Altrincham. Ideally someone who is hard-working and has excellent levels of customer service to maintain their existing client base as well as developing new business in the area.

**Responsibilites (not an exhaustive list)**
- Liaising with both landlords and clients to identify their requirements
- Booking and accompanying property viewings and providing feedback
- Negotiating on offers
- Building strong relationships with landlords and clients
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Bring complaints to the attention of your line manager
- Signing up tenants and assisting/working through the whole tenancy check-in process

**Skills Required**:

- Experience as a lettings negotiator is essential (at least one year)
- Full UK Driving Licence required and own vehicle. Car allowance will be paid.
- Motivated and eager to succeed.
- Good Microsoft Office experience.

You will be working in a modern office with good administrative support. The employer will support (and pay for) any relevant qualifications that may be required.A good base salary will be paid along with commission. Initially a part-time role with flexibility on days/hours worked.

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
