Bartender and Server

**Immediate start**

We are currently looking for 2/3 full time and part time Waiter/waitress and Bartenders who are full of energy and friendly to join our fantastic brand new Mediterranean/Turkish restaurant in Hazel Grove.

As waiting & Bar team at Absoloot you will be the first point of contact with our gusts and you will be the friendly face that they remember.

Having a good knowledge and experience in working behind the bar is essential as this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to establish their skills and experiences and also put their stamp on this restaurant.

Our aim is to build a customer experience around the brand that stimulates all senses - fusing quality and innovative Mediterranean cooking with beautiful design.

**Responsibilities**:

- Great serve and look after our guests
- Excellent time keeping
- Knowledge about serving alcohol drinks
- Learn and know our menu inside out which has been freshly designed
- Work closely with the kitchen staff and other crew members
- Be able to communicate in English
- Opening and closing the restaurant when needed
- Cleaning the main seating area and bar, also ensuring that the tables are cleaned and re-designed for the next guests
- Monitoring the table reservations
- cleaning the seating area at the end of the shift

Schedule:

- Wednsday to Sunday 5pm-10pm

**Salary**: £6.00-£9.55 per hour

- Stockport, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
