**What will it give you as an Early Help Worker?**

**Primary Responsibilities as an Early Help Worker**:

- To undertake whole family Early Help Assessments and hold regular reviews to monitor progress.
- To coordinate multi-agency Team Around the Family meetings (TAF’s) for the family where more than one agency is involved in supporting the family.
- To work closely with schools to encourage stronger links between the family and school to encourage school attendance.

**Further Information**:
As an Early Help Worker, you will provide interventions to parents and carers to reduce the impact of living in conflict for children and young people and to prevent family breakdown. To support separated parents to have positive contact with their children and work with families where mental health is impacting on their life and ensure children, young people and their carers are signposted to the right support services.

**What we are looking for in an Early Help Worker**:

- Formal relevant professional qualification (CQSQ, CSS, Dip SW)
