We are looking for a Midday Assistant to maintain the safety, welfare, and good conduct of our students during the midday break in designated areas. You will also assist with cleaning in and around dining areas, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for our students.

Your duties will include clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying waste bins, supervising dining queues, and monitoring students in the playground and playing field area. You will also be responsible for following the Academy's 'Discipline with Dignity' approach when dealing with students, promoting the inclusion of students with special needs, and alerting the line manager or a member of the Senior Leadership Team of any concerns regarding students.

As part of the Midday team, you will take turns patrolling the ground, first, and second floors during the lunch break, checking that students do not congregate around stairwells and upstairs areas. You will also patrol outdoor areas, ensuring that our students are safe and secure during their midday break.
